- May 8 - World Belly Dance Day Baladi Combos Workshop with Desiree of Mexico. Learn combos from folk styles such as Khaleegy, Melaya, Saidi, Nubian, and Debke; use them in your folk number or incorporate them in your belly dance performance. $25 before May 1/SAMEDA members; $30 before May 1/non-members.
